1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to Cameron software that you download, install, copy, or run, including runtime agents, setup tools, update packages, and related local components ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
If you use the Software for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept this EULA for that organization.
2. License Grant
Subject to this EULA and any applicable Cameron service agreement, Cameron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software only with the Cameron service and only for your internal business operations.
3. Ownership
Cameron and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, related documentation, service technology, trademarks, and intellectual property. This EULA does not sell or transfer ownership of the Software to you.
4. Restrictions
Except where permitted by law or by an applicable open source license, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, host for third parties, circumvent technical controls, or reverse engineer the Software.
These restrictions do not limit rights you may have under open source licenses for third-party components included with the Software, including rights to inspect, modify, relink, or debug modifications to LGPL-covered components.
5. Third-Party Components
The Software includes third-party components governed by separate open source or third-party licenses. Those licenses control those components to the extent they differ from this EULA. Third-party notices are available at Third-Party Notices.
The Software uses libraries from the FFmpeg project under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later. FFmpeg source and build information are available through the Third-Party Notices page.
6. Updates
Cameron may provide updates, fixes, security patches, or replacement runtime packages. Updates may be required for continued service compatibility, security, or reliability. Updated Software remains subject to this EULA unless accompanied by different terms.
7. Data And Connectivity
The Software may connect to Cameron services to enroll devices, receive configuration, report runtime status, upload logs or screenshots, and apply updates. Use of the Cameron service is also governed by the Cameron Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cameron does not warrant that the Software will operate without interruption, detect every event, prevent every loss, or be error-free.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cameron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from the Software.
10. Termination
This EULA continues until terminated. Your rights under this EULA end automatically if you materially breach it. After termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from systems under your control, except where retention is required by law.
11. Contact
